Out of the way of the objects

Kiln & Co. is a ceramics studio selling small runs online. The packaging had to protect the pieces and feel considered without adding anything the customer would throw away without noticing.

We used unbleached board, a single stamp and a folded card. The shop follows the same logic: large photographs, plain type, and the fewest steps possible between seeing a piece and receiving it.

Outcome

Repeat orders rose noticeably after launch, and the studio now uses the same board and stamp across its wholesale line.
